DAYTON - Pat A. Stevens, 54, of Dayton, Iowa, passed away Sunday afternoon, September 20, 2009, at the Boone County Hospital.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m., Thursday, September 24, 2009, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Burnside. Rev. Julian Swanson will officiate. Burial will be at Lawn Cemetery in Boxholm. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., at Carson Stapp Funeral Home in Dayton.
