Anna H. Hendrickson, age 92, of Roswell, Georgia passed away on July 5, 2009 of natural causes. She was born on October 27, 1916 on her parents' farm in Murray County, Minnesota. She was the youngest of 3 brothers and 5 sisters.

She is survived by her son Dennis Hendrickson (Nancy) of Roswell, GA, her daughter Sybil Smith (Norris) of Gowrie, Iowa, 4 grandchildren - Regina Smith of Fort Dodge, Brock Smith of Gowrie, Dagne Barrett of Georgia, and Shaun Hendrickson of Ohio, and 8 great-grand children.

She and husband, Harold, raised their children in Clear Lake, Iowa. They moved to Ames, IA, then Boulder CO, Rolofson Lake, WI, and then Roswell, GA. Ann was active in her church and was a loving and caring mother. She enjoyed sewing and writing poems and short stories. Harold and Ann enjoyed camping at various places, especially Arkansas and Texas in their retirement.

Her memorial contributions will go to Alzheimer's research.

The memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Aug. 1, 2009 at The United Methodist Church in Gowrie, Iowa.
