LAKE CITY - Richard Kelley, 61, died Wednesday, July 15, 2009, at Veteran's Memorial Hospital in Des Moines.

Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Lampe Funeral Home in Lake City. Visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Lampe Funeral Home.

Richard is survived by his daughter Shannon (Andy) Russell of Boone; two granddaughters, Keeley and Kaylee; one brother, Don (Tammy) Kelley of Otho; sister Viola (Don) Everhart of Lohrville and several nieces and nephews.
