KENT WADE LUDWIG

RUTLAND - Kent Wade Ludwig, 44, of Rutland, died June 28, 2008, as the result of a car accident east of Livermore. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Sts. Peter and Paul's Catholic Church, West Bend, with burial to follow in the West Bend Cemetery. Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Harris Funeral Home in West Bend.

Kent Ludwig was born June 14, 1964, in Fort Dodge, the son of Merel and Shirley (Kampen) Ludwig. He was raised and educated in the Bode and Rutland area, attending the Twin River Valley School. Kent has farmed during his entire adult life in the Gilmore City and Rutland area.

Survivors include his mother Shirley Ludwig, of Rutland; children Alexa, Haley and Jose Ludwig of Neosha, Mo; brothers and sisters, Susie (Karl) Bormann, of Sibley; Kerry Ludwig, West Bend; Brenda (Sid Millegan) Danielson, of Algona; Jacqueline Ersland, of Alexandria; and Mike Ludwig, of Humboldt; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Kent was preceded in death by his grandparents and his father.
