Understandable for HHS Sec. Sebelius or any other govt official or employee to have pvt e-mail accts for govt business? I think not; in fact, is it not against the law to have a private email account to use for govt business? How then do Inspectors General or the Congress conduct any real oversight? As Churchill said, "The govt's business is conducted on paper;" e-mail is the equivalent of paper. It's no surprise that our Chicago crowd thinks not: NO TRACKS.

I heard/read somewhere that somebody said "It's sad when I take the word of a used-car salesman more than my own government" and it's getting to look more and more like the truth.
