What a waste of money! The last article I read in the Messenger talked about the boom and rebirth of downtown ,now they talk about the large number of vacant buildings. Where is the responsibility of the owners of the buildings? .

Bound to help stop all those folks dying on the streets of Dodge! And to think it only takes another $400,000 to push that $400,000 EPA grant through the federal bureaucracy. These federal grants aren't free, you know, but Dodge thinks it got a good deal. Smart fellows - or simpletons?
