if the homes they're building are the 1s by highway 169,& the west side area?? I think that'd be a dangerous place to live right by the highway there w/ a speed zone of 55 mph. if somebody lost control their car might be likely to end up in somebody's kitchen unless barriers are put up along the highway there.

Great questions posed by all 3 previous commenters. Anyone have any answers to their inquiries? (I sure don't!)

Just where are the jobs being created that will enable a person to purchase a $250,000 plus house?

They honestly don't think the incentives will be necessary in a yean and a half? Do they know just how slow things move in Fort Dodge? In a year and a half, most of the residents will be learning about these incentives! I would say keep the incentives for fixing up old residences for a good ten years. We all know this isn't going to catch on very fast anyway.
