See that Perez was slapped down by the courts for stretching legal definitions when he was a Montgomery County MD council member; must be a genuine adherent of the Chicago school of jurisprudence.

BigS...intimidation, indeed! Like that used by Perez to get St Paul to withdraw the case the Supreme Court had already agreed to hear against use of statistical analysis alone to prove allegation of discrimination. Intimidation is all Obama and his Chicago crowd are about, as in Obama's "sequester" hysteria.

Continued: In his testimony, Perez told the commission that the facts of the case – NBPP members dressed in military-style fatigues standing in front of a polling location armed with billy clubs — didn’t amount to voter intimidation under the law. If that isn't intimidation, what is?
