The state doesn't need a gas tax increase. Govt needs to prioritize how money is spent. For example, Pocahontas County closed roads that no one lives on or rarely uses. More decisions like that need to be done.

That Iowa City leftist has all the 4-lane roads he and east Iowa needs (and some they really didn't, like lonely US-218 south) so, tough stuff, NW Iowa.
