Anyone who has ever been on the govt payroll, indeed every American who has ever paid his own way, knows that a 1 to 2% reduction in next years increase in govt receipts/pvt income can be taken without any real pain, and that any federal govt department or agency can be cut 10-20% without drawing blood from any useful; govt program, including Defense; all the more so given Obama's trillion dollar+ per year increase in federal spending. He's a real "Chicken Little"!
