People teach your children not to litter anything. Keeps your yards clean so your trash doesn't blow into areas that can not be easily cleaned up, like ravines, we have beautiful wooded ravines in this river town and most of them are filled with trash, some of it deliberate dumping and some just trashy yards that stuff blows out of. Sewer pipes can get clogged up with this stuff and even if it doesn't, it ends up in the River. The people deserve reasonable streets to drive on and they should show reasonalbe respect for everyone. If I can see your litter trash, that's being disrespectful to everyone around you. I don't want to report anyone, the brain in your head should tell you what a disgrace this is. Huge city fines should be put on everyone who is doing this. The streets need to be repaired one at a time until they are done, don't tell us an over all figure, just do it one block at a time. You take our house taxes one year at a time, we don't tell you what we pay in 20 year
