While I mostly agree with your statements Taxed, new sewers anywhere in FD is a good thing.

For 2.2 million dollars you probably could buy up all the properties along those blocks and relocate them. More green space. Isn't that what the big wheels want. Just how many houses will this fix take care of? Or does this have more to do with being next to 5th south and the corridor. I have not seen where the city planners really cared about the average residents street or sewers unless there next to something they want to promote.
