They have a few more positions that could be done away with. Half the people we have on the payroll seems to be working for others.

Actually, MANY of the streets have been getting repaired. It doesn't take more than a drive around town to realize this. Street repairs are an ongoing process in Iowa due to the weather. Find a new griping point WW. Chad does a great job. I think it should also be applauded that we didn't fill Dennis's position. Lean initiatives such as this are necessary, especially in a time when our Federal government seems incapable of living within its means.
