We’re thankful to have Robert Wolf and Amelia Presler continue their writing while adding Bill McIntyre to our roster of regular contributors. We’re excited to have the culinary students under Chef Michael Hirst’s direction at Iowa Central and a host of local health professionals offering their guidance and inspiration each month.
