BRYAN WOODLEY

VINCENT — Bryan Woodley, 34, of Vincent, passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home in Fort Dodge. A Celebration of Life for Bryan will be 1:30 PM Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Fort Dodge. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday at the Gunderson Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Fort Dodge.

Bryan is survived by his parents, Ed and Sharon (Moss) Woodley of Vincent and his sister, Melinda (Casey) Hart of Fort Dodge. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, an aunt and two uncles.

Bryan Allen Woodley, the son of Ed and Sharon (Moss) Woodley was born December 23, 1982, in Fort Dodge. He grew up in Vincent but went to school in Eagle Grove. In 2001, Bryan graduated from Eagle Grove High School and continued his education at ICCC in the Computer Aided Drafting Program. Bryan worked at Menards and later at Electrolux in Webster City. In 2009, due to his ill heath Bryan was unable to continue to work at Electrolux.

Bryan loved music and had his own DJing business. DJ Woodley would play for weddings and many area community events. He loved to make his own music mashups, sing karaoke, play video games, and movies. Bryan also enjoyed going to auctions and flea markets.

Despite fighting his illness for ten years, Bryan always had a positive attitude and positive outlook on life. He often said “Someone has it worse than me”.

He was a member of the South Enus Lutheran Church in Vincent.
