Webster County 4-H holds Clover Kids Fun Day

Second- and third-graders from Webster County gathered at the Webster County Extension and Outreach Office for a night- themed day of learning and fun on Dec. 28. The 18 youth participants attended the event in their pajamas and had the opportunity to explore the star lab, learn about nocturnal animals from Webster County Conservation naturalist Erin Ford, sing campfire songs, play games, and create fun art and crafts to take home. Eight County Council 4-H members helped with the event. They are Samantha Alphs, Gowrie Groundbreakers; Brooklin Border, Douglas Dreamers; Morgan Border, Douglas Dreamers; Jeannie Boro, C/C Sidekicks; Maddy Christensen, Gowrie Groundbreakers; Olivia Mitchell, Washington Winners; Hannah Rees, Washington Winners ; and Kylie Weiland, Dayton Tigers. Youth Committee member Stacy Gannon also helped with the event.
