King Ringers Concert Sunday at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church

The King Ringers will present its spring concert at 4 p.m. Sunday at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1436 21st Ave. N. The concert will feature a variety of styles from sacred, both traditional and contemporary to patriotic, featuring a flute solo, and marches. Also being performed will be Karl L. King’s “A Night in June” arranged by Cathy Moklebust. An African freedom favorite, “Siyahamba” arranged by Robert Ward will be featured with added percussion and movement. The spiritual “Dry Bones” arranged by Hart Morris is a fun arrangement with multiple percussion instruments, and singing. A bell tree selection of “Jesus Christ Is Risen Today” with audience participation will open the concert. A bell solo “off the table” will also be performed. There will be a freewill offering and refreshments will be served.
