Possession of drug paraphernalia — Dulce I. Ramos, 19, Storm Lake, continued 180 days; Macy P. Johnston, 18, West Des Moines, continued 180 days.

Failure to appear — Gabriel L. Cunningham, 19, 2206 S. 14th St., sent to District Associate Court.

Fifth-degree theft — Alexander Kouakou, 19, Des Moines, deferred judgment granted, $60 court costs, $65 civil penalty and $125 law enforcement initiative.
