FDCSD accepts Buckner’s resignation
John Buckner, the Fort Dodge native who served as an assistant principal at Fort Dodge Middle School, has resigned from the Fort Dodge Community School District.
The FDCSD board accepted Buckner’s resignation at its meeting Monday night.
He began as an assistant principal in August of 2017 before recently accepting a position as director of special needs for the FDCSD.
Prior to his return to Fort Dodge, Buckner worked at two high schools in the Fort Worth, Texas, area.
