Raptors to be featured at Fireside Chat
Raptors will be the subject of a Thursday evening gathering that’s to be the first of a series of Fireside Chats at Camp WaNoki south of Fort Dodge.
The Fireside Chat will begin at 7 p.m., according to an announcement from the Webster County Conservation Board. Parking will be available in the lot north of the new lodge.
A bird expert will bring a live raptor to the gathering. Following the presentation, there will be a guided fluorescent tracking night hike.
Participants should bring a chair and wear comfortable hiking shoes.
