Schnurr releases audit on CFR

Schnurr & Co. LLP has released an audit report on Community and Family Resources, a substance abuse treatment organization based in Fort Dodge.

The accountants found that the organization’s operating revenues totaled $6,358,032 for the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2017. That is a 3.19 percent increase from the prior year.

Those revenues included $2,351,340 from grants, $1,926,283 from Medicaid and $1,428,318 from client third party pay, according to the audit report.

Operating expenses for the fiscal year totaled $5,543,716, according to the audit report. That’s an 11.97 percent increase from the prior year.

The expenses included $1,310,694 for residential care, $1,272,850 for general and administrative expenses and $1,215,442 for outpatient care.
