Iowa Central, Students in the Arts, CJ Bio America volunteers man a pop up restaurant at Crossroads Mall

The project was a joint effort between Students in the Arts, Iowa Central Community College’s Culinary Arts Program and employee volunteers from CJ Bio which also helps fund the program. Guests enjoyed a fine Italian meal complete with a salad and dessert.
