Man arrested, charged in early Nov. shooting incident
Otis Foy Jr., of Fort Dodge, has been arrested and charged in connection with with a shooting on Nov. 3.
Foy, 21, was arrested Wednesday, according to the Fort Dodge Police Department.
On Nov. 3 a woman was shot in the parking lot of Liquor and Tobacco Outlet, 902 1st Ave N, Fort Dodge. The woman was taken to the hospital with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to her hand and leg.
Foy was charged with intimidation with a dangerous weapon, willful injury causing bodily injury, and possession of a firearm by a convicted domestic abuse offender. He appeared in Webster County Magistrate Court on Saturday.
