ALGONA – A state board has suspended the teaching license of an Algona teacher and coach who was accused of being intoxicated at school, the Associated Press reports.

Chad Ahlers’ teaching and coaching licenses have been suspended for two years. He is ordered to complete a 15-hour ethics course for educators.
