Arrest made in Yesway, Clayton shootings

A Fort Dodge man has been arrested in connection with two shootings in Fort Dodge over the past two months.

Gregory J. Pulley Jr., 28, has been charged with two counts of attempted murder for his alleged involvement in the November shooting of Marquez Clayton, 23, of Fort Dodge, and the December shooting at the Yesway store at 115 N. 22nd St.

Pulley was ordered held on %150,000 bond on each of the attempted murder charges.

In addition, Pulley is charged with ongoing criminal conduct, two counts of second-degree theft, and four controlled substance violations.

Pulley’s preliminary hearing is Jan. 20.
