Northwest Bank breaks ground on new Administrative Center

SPENCER — With the symbolic first cut of the spade, Northwest Bank marked the official start of construction of its new Administration Center in Spencer. The construction of this new 35,000 square foot facility is being built by Jensen Builders LTD., Fort Dodge.

“Northwest Bank has about 100 employees in Spencer alone, we were running out of space and needed to expand to continue growing in Financial Services,” Greg Post, president and chief executive officer said. “We are excited about our new building design. We focused on creating an atmosphere geared toward employee collaboration. Our new space will make it easy for people to work with each other. The goal of our building design is to empower employees to fulfill the ‘Bank of Choice’ concept, which is done by creating unique working spaces for each individual employee and providing unique collaborative meeting areas.”

Northwest Financial Corp. is an organization owned by Neal and Dwight Conover and includes two bank charters, Northwest Bank and First National Bank in Creston and includes Northwest Wealth Management, LLC.
