FDSH students selected to North Central Iowa Bandmasters Honor Band

Sixteen Fort Dodge Senior High students were selected for the 2018 North Central Iowa Bandmasters Honor Band.

The Honor Band performs Saturday, Jan. 5, at Iowa Central Community College’s Decker Auditorium at 5 p.m.

Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for students.

“Participating in an honor band provides valuable learning experiences for students as they have the chance to play challenging music,” said Al Paulson, FDSH band director. “They improve their skill at honor band which helps improve our bands overall.
