Bishop Garrigan students to participate at All-State festival
ALGONA – Several students from Bishop Garrigan High School will participate in the 2016 Iowa All-State Festival Nov. 18-19 at Iowa State University. Singing in the All-State festival chorus will be: Samuel Trainer, son of Tony and Cheryl Trainer; Bryce Capesius, son of Joe and Brenda Capesius; and Levi Capesius (four-year participant of this choir), son of Joe and Brenda Capesius.
Participating in the 31st OPUS fifth- and sixth-grade Honor Choir are: Audi Crooks, daughter of Michelle Cook; Nate Bronk, son of Chris and Mia Bronk.
Singing in the seventh- and eighth-grade Bass Clef Honor Choir are: Noah Bronk, son of Chris and Mia Bronk; and Joseph Trainer, son of Tony and Cheryl Trainer.
These students are under the direction of Linda Ferjak and Sheila Laubenthal-Black.
