Moped Safety Classes approaching

EMMETSBURG — All area youth desiring a moped license, are required to take a moped safety course. This course is open to students under the age of 16 wanting a moped license. Students must be at least 14, or within six months of 14 at class date to enroll. Moped Safety fulfills the state requirement of a moped safety education course. Instruction is classroom only.

The first Moped Safety class will be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on March 25 on the Estherville campus of Iowa Lakes Community College, in Room 74. Additional classes for the month will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on March 27 and 28 on the Algona campus of Iowa Lakes, in Room 16. To register, visit www.iowalakes.edu
