Grady shifts jobs at Friendship Haven
Sherry Grady, LPN, has recently transitioned into the position of care transitional coordinator for Friendship Haven’s Catalyst neighborhood. Prior to her new position, Grady was the charge nurse for five years in Friendship Haven’s Journey neighborhood and came to our campus with over 25 years of experience working in long-term care. Grady is responsible for not only ensuring the transition into Catalyst runs smoothly, but more so assisting patients when they return to their homes, making sure their environment is conducive to their needs and lining up any necessary medications or assistance.
Friendship Haven is a not-for-profit, life plan community, offering innovative and responsive services to aging adults. Living options on its campus include independent living town homes and apartments, assisted living, skilled nursing care, adult day services, rehabilitation therapy and memory support programs.
