Belecia Seward and Dustyn Phillips, both of Fort Dodge, are engaged.

Parents of the couple are Gregory Seward, Melanie Shivers, Steve and Deb Schmidt and the late Randy Phillips.

A May 20 wedding is planned.

Seward is a 2009 graduate of Fort Dodge Senior High. She works at Webster County Health Department.

Phillips is a 2004 graduate of Fort Dodge Senior High. He works at National Gypsum.
