NEW Coop donates to Moorland Fire Department

The NEW Cooperative Foundation donated $2,000 to the Moorland Fire Department to help with funding for the grain bin rescue team. The fire department has completed the required training and is now seeking additional equipment to provide quick and safe rescue, if needed. This includes a grain bin rescue auger, several full body safety harnesses, battery powered impact, safety lanyards, ropes, saw blades and other equipment to provide safe entrance and exit from inside the bin.
