New Year’s Eve Gala

The Fort Museum and Frontier Village sent this update to The Messenger: The Fort Museum and Frontier Opera House has decided to cancel the New Year’s Eve Gala, due to the Opera House receiving some updates to the building. The Museum and Opera House staff is looking forward to hosting the “Baby it’s Cold Outside!” Sock Hop featuring Richie Lee and The Fabulous 50s at 7 p.m. on Jan.13. Ring in the New Year with the Fort Museum and Frontier Opera House during the first Fort Museum & Frontier Village New Year’s Eve Gala in the Frontier Opera House co-hosted by MOJO Productions.
“This will be an exciting, fun way to celebrate New Year’s Eve, so be sure to grab your friends, come on out and enjoy an entertaining night at the Opera House,” Cheryl Sherry, Fort director, said.
During the evening, guests can enjoy great dance music, a full bar, and a late night light food menu.
This New Year’s event is for guests 21 and over.
The event’s co-host is MOJO Productions, a full-service live Entertainment Company that provides favorite dance tunes from Big Band to swing and even today’s hits.
Guests will also receive a party favor and a champagne toast, which will be included in their admission.
Tickets are $10 per person and $15 per couple. Advanced tickets are available for the Gala by calling 573-4321.
When purchasing eight to 10 tickets at once, guests can reserve a table for an additional fee of $20, Sherry said.
“Reserving a table will ensure you will get to sit with your family or friends during the New Year’s Eve Gala.”
The Fort Museum New Year’s Eve Gala will be held on Dec. 31 from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m.
